Paradise Found 30A is a multi family, luxury vacation home designed for all ages. The home boasts 7 ½ spacious bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, 3 living areas, a chef's kitchen and unrivaled outdoor space. LOCATION: The home is located between the most attractive areas on the coveted East end of 30A. The HUB, Rosemary, Alys, Seacrest and Kaia are all within 1-2 miles of the home and are easy to access by walking or biking. These areas boast outstanding restaurants, activities and gathering areas to enjoy the best of the 30A lifestyle. BEACH ACCESS: BEACH ACCESS: The home is 4 houses back from a beautiful private, deeded beach access. There is always plenty of room and space at this beach access. The beach access itself is called Seabreeze and can be seen in pictures with the listing. The distance is approximately 100 yards or under a 5 minute walk. ***Recently there have been articles and some upset guests noting some of the beach has been privatized, which has limited guests space. Our beach access is quite wonderful and is completely unaffected. You can expect plenty of space and no overcrowding. The outdoor space is one of the premiere pool and entertaining areas on 30A. Walk from your living room directly into the zero entry, salt water, infinity edge, heated pool. A large hot tub and sun shelf accompany the pool to create a serene and relaxing environment. The zero entry feature, complete with bubblers and shooting jets is perfect for entertaining for babies and young children. Guests will enjoy a dedicated "adults only" section of the pool that hosts 5 sunken barstools, and a sunken bench seat that sits next to the cabana and TV area. The barstool area has pavers that overhang to allow for resting drinks or even eating dinner! The covered cabana area creates an atmosphere worthy of the name "Paradise Found". Walk down to the "active lawn" to experience the water plunging over the pool while you play corn hole, bocce ball mind or simply relax and read a book. The exotic palms, banana leaf trees and other tropical landscape complete the experience of true relaxation in enjoying your hard earned vacation. Paradise Found is outfitted with every amenity you can imagine. From the moment you drive up, the garage is outfitted with a charger dedicated to electric vehicles (EV). Hop in the 6 seater golf cart and take a leisurely drive down to Seaside or the HUB to watch a game. 6 adult YOLO bikes and 4 kid YOLO bikes are included to visiting your favorite area convenient. You'll also find a variety of water toys including 2 kayaks, a smaller kayak, stand up paddle board and Hobie Boards. Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, cooler, and a beach wagon are also provided to maximize the fun and minimize the effort. The kitchen is fully stocked for the passionate chefs. This includes gorgeous tableware, wine glasses, extra large cookware, crockpot, 12 piece coffee and espresso station, etc. In addition, creature comforts are incorporated throughout the home such as blankets and fans in each bedroom and a Sonos sound system in the kitchen/living room. Convenience: The home is conveniently 1 mile from a main North/South road (Watersound Parkway) that provides immediate access Highway 98, which allows the ability to travel East towards Panama City Beach or West, towards Destin. We are absolutely thrilled to announce there has also been a huge development built at the intersection of Watersound Parkway and Highway 98 (approximately 2 or 3 miles from the house). The development includes a new Publix which has a pharmacy and liquor store, a charming open air gathering spot used for Farmers Market and other family entertainment and plenty of new casual and high end restaurants. Babies/Small Children- The mid level suite over the garage let's parents "get away" from the active areas of the home. It allows parents to have a sleeping and living room connected to their bedroom that is all private to the rest of the home. The zero entry pool includes a "splash pad" with guzzlers and fountain jets that shoot water up; perfect for infants or small children. 2 Pack N Plays also provided. Teens- Teens love independence. An upstairs living room allows teen's to have a dedicated space to watch TV, eat snacks, play games or relax on their private upstairs patio, complete with swing bed. The large pool, hot tub, covered cabana and active lawn will keep your teens busy for days. The quick access to the beach gives peace of mind they are not too far away. Adults- Every bedroom includes a king bed and ensuite bathrooms. Luxury details surround the home inside and out, creating a sense of a true luxury vacation. Senior Guests- The home has been built to accommodate senior guests throughout the property. The side door by the garage provides a ramp (No Steps) to access the home. Multiple bedrooms are located on the main level to allow unobstructed maneuverability to the kitchen and living room. VRBO will automatically include this in the quote it generates. ***Fireplace is non operational due to persistent issues that create safety concerns. ***Please note the pool is a very large body of water and takes many hours to warm up. If it is winter time, it can take as many as 5-7 hours.
