Please note that this space does not have a door and has a fairly low ceiling. Outside, enjoy a first terrace measuring 10 m² that opens onto the living area, complete with a table, chairs, and a grill for your best meals with family or friends. A second 30-square-meter terrace, accessible from the ground-floor bedroom and equipped with a small slide, a mini trampoline, a playhouse for children, a lounge chair, and a table with four chairs, is the perfect space for your children.
