Minutes' walk from beaches, two harbors, historic downtown, parks (for humans AND a dog park), this quaint and quiet neighborhood called "Sanders Beach" may be the best-known in all of Coeur d'Alene. Safe and convenient, well-kept homes sit on wide streets lined with mature deciduous trees. Our beautiful public library, basketball and tennis courts, nature hikes with gorgeous vistas on Tubbs Hill, the cruises around the lake and up/down river, bike trails... most everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer is literally blocks away. There is ample street parking around the house, in addition to the large two-car garage that is a part of the rental. Downtown, there are 700 free on-street parking spaces (with a two-hour limit), and five public parking lots (varying rates) with digital payment kiosks as well as a "Call to Park" system. The buses run throughout the week, with limited service on weekends, especially on Sundays.
