Soak up the charm of this recently remodeled 3 Bd, 2 bath home in a secluded neighborhood of Crystal River. Only a couple mls from the coast and 10-15min drive to shopping and restaurants in both Crystal River and Dunnellon. Enjoy all the furnishings and amenities as if this were your home away from home. Rest peacefully in the master bedroom in the comfortable Sleep Number bed so you can have energy to swim with the manatees, kayak down Rainbow River or dive for scallops in the bay. The space Beautifully, remodeled kitchen with all cookware and tableware needed. Some Bottled water is provided. Reclining couch. Secluded neighborhood with enchanting live oak trees and Spanish moss. Ceramic tile throughout. Guest access Guests have access to entire house with the exception of a storage room. Garage has a vehicle stored in it which is off limits to guests. Other things to note TV is equipped with Amazon Fire stick. There is no cable TV. Pureflix app is available to all guests. It includes all family friendly choices. You may access other apps such as Netflix, Amazon and Hulu by logging in your account information. We also have family-friendly DVDs to watch. A park style charcoal grill and fire pit are available in the back yard. Grilling utensils, uncovered firewood (depending upon consumption and availability) and 4 outdoor chairs are provided. Just pick up a bag of charcoal, lighter fluid, and some dry firewood if you prefer to get you started.
