Beautiful Highlands Cabin! Just 8 min to town/Pets

Little Pine House is just 8 minutes from downtown Highlands, nestled in a beautiful private neighborhood- great for walking with gorgeous views at the top, and hiking trails are just around the corner. The screened back porch with fireplace is a favorite spot. There is lots of outdoor space for pets or relaxing in a hammock by the fire pit. We are a Short 4 mile drive to downtown, and Oak Steakhouse is just a 4 min drive down the rd. We love this spot so much, and sincerely hope you will too The space We are on a very private landscaped half acre lot with a side and back yard and enough parking for 3 to 4 cars. This home is approximately 1350 sq ft. The primary bedroom has a small step down just off of the kitchen area and is located opposite end of house from other bedrooms for more privacy. Guest access Guests have access to entire house minus one guest bedroom closet and a few of the laundry room cabinets. Other things to note Our home uses a Septic system, so please put only septic safe toilet paper into the toilets and no other products of any kind. Trash pick up is on Thursday mornings, and trash cans are located next to carport. Any recycle is optional and must either be taken home with you, or to the waste transfer station 7 min. away at 10333 Buck Creek rd. Their hrs are 7 to 7 Monday thru Saturday, and 9 to 5 on Sundays. We have 24 hr outside security cameras only- located at all 3 entrances. The front, the carport, and the back porch doors. Please be bear aware! Please be informed that we do have black bears in the area. They are not often seen, but if you do please do not approach, or feed them-especially cubs. Please do not leave any food outside, or in your cars. All trash must go into the bear proof trash can located outside behind the carport. We do provide bear spray in kitchen cabinet under sink.
