Plan a family vacation without a care in the world! Large backyard with grill, fire pit, swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub. Our home is at the very end of the road. No neighbors to the right nor left. Wooded area behind... Near the beach, shopping outlets, hiking trails, Aquarium, carnival rides, Children's zoo and wildlife park, sky diving, wine vineyard tours, Historical Park, GREAT restaurants and a few local beer breweries! So much to do, OR just relax and enjoy our yard & pool/hot tub! The home has four bedrooms and two full baths upstairs and an office/bedroom set up on the first floor next to a half bath. Warm, modern touches throughout allow for guests to truly relax and enjoy family time. On the 1st floor there is a formal living room and dining room upon entry. A family room next to the kitchen allows for fun meals and a large sliding glass door opens out to the pool. Lounging and dining outdoor furniture allow for all your time to be spent outdoors. Feel free to use the firewood provided to start an evening bonfire for making S'mores. Guests will have access to the first and second floor of the house. (We have tenants on the basement level). Our tenants ONLY have access to the parking area. Nothing else is shared. Guests will have access to the entire backyard including the hot tub/pool, grill, bonfire area, pre-cut firewood,etc. I am always available via AirB&B messaging. I’m 1.5 hours away by car and I can always drive to the house in case of emergency. Family friendly neighborhood. Gated community with great neighbors and plenty of privacy. Our home is located at the end of a dead end road. there is no public transportation. Cars are necessary. Please park cars next to the garage doors/trash containers as our basement tenants use the right side of driveway. We have cameras on the outside of the house, for security purposes.
