Home House is in a quintessential Devon village situated next to the beautiful Teign Estuary. We have 2 great pubs within easy walking distance and we’re close to the sea. There is a private indoor swimming pool and a lovely summer house in the garden. The house itself has super fast broadband and a games room with pool table. The space The house is an old, characterful thatched property nestled in the heart of a lovely South Devon village. The atmosphere is cosy and welcoming with a range cooker and large dining table in the kitchen. The sitting room is spacious and comfortable with an inglenook fireplace and log burner. The space is stylishly furnished and guests feel 'at home'. Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two twin bedroom and a single bedroom. There is a family bathroom with roll top bath and separate shower. Guest access Guests have access to two gardens - one is situated directly in front of the house and the other is larger, with beautiful flower beds and a south facing summer house. There is plenty of parking in the drive. Other things to note Children are very welcome at Home House. We draw your attention however to the unfenced stream at the bottom of the garden (approximately 80 metres from Home House). Our private garden also has an unfenced pond.
