Flooded with natural light and plenty of room to move around, our Accessible Suite has a generous living and dining area with a full kitchen outfitted with everything you need. This suite also has vast, thirteen- foot ceilings throughout and is outfitted with a King bedroom and private en-suite bathroom featuring a rain shower and Aesop bath amenities. Pets welcome ($100 per pet) Twin sized cot available upon request ($25 per night). The space PARKING: There is parking available onsite for additional fee: $50 - $60 per night. The spot must be reserved and paid for in advance. Limited availability. First Come/First Serve. There is also free street parking available in the area. FITNESS CENTER: Complimentary access to City Fitness Center at 1428 Frankford Ave. GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Philadelphia to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit. SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period. MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 18 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present at check-in and throughout the duration of the stay. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fees may apply. SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video recording cameras in the common areas of the building and outside of the building. There are no recording devices inside the unit.
