The large summer kitchen is the ultimate convivial room! Adjacent to the "night" part, it is in this large room that you will spend your days! Completely open to the outside, this 70 m2 room is composed of a kitchen/bar area, an open fireplace, a large oval table, 2 barrel high tables, a corner sofa, a Bonzini foosball table and a dartboard. A second bathroom is adjacent to this room, with sink, shower, and toilet. This room is insulated and heated by a pellet stove. In the kitchen area, you will find all the essentials for cooking, and even more! From water glasses to balloon glasses, flutes and beer glasses, casseroles, pots, pans, bowls, ramekins, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, pie dishes, etc. Everything will be at your disposal to ensure you have a carefree vacation: dishwasher, fridge, electric oven, gas stove, toaster, classic coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, blender, mixer, beer tap, microwave… and not to mention the Weber barbecue for summer evenings! La Rosalie is a cottage completely turned towards the outside, where everything is designed to ensure you have a truly "relaxing" vacation. - The terrace with an area of 70 m2, with its comfortable deckchairs, parasol, table and awning for lunch in the shade. - The generously sized swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m) with Roman steps, depth ranging from 1 to 1.80 m. It is covered by an enclosure that allows you to enjoy the pool even when it is raining or windy. The enclosure can be partially or totally removed, depending on the weather. The pool is heated in two ways: by the sun through the enclosure, and thanks to the heat pump, allowing temperatures to reach up to 28/30 degrees from mid-May and until the end of September if the weather permits. - The large jacuzzi accommodating up to 7 people. It is heated to 38 degrees in winter (less in summer), and its therapeutic jets will allow you to relax after a day of sightseeing! And to enjoy it in all seasons, the spa is covered with a bioclimatic pergola, which can be opened or closed as you wish… - The 12x3 m pétanque court will allow you to gather young and old around the game. The pool and spa will be accessible from 8am to 11pm, and are NOT shared with other tenants! At La Rosalie, don't worry about a thing, we provide EVERYTHING! - Linens: Towels and washcloths, bath towels, pool towels, bathrobes for the spa, bath mats, dish towels and hand towels… and of course the beds will be made when you arrive! - Basic products: dishwashing liquid, sponge, toilet paper, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, hand soap, paper towel, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, a few coffee pods and tea bags, a few LV tablets, garbage bags. - Unlimited WiFi (fiber). - Up to 5 vehicles can be parked in the courtyard secured by a gate. Why a homestay cottage? Our house, on a plot of 1600 m2, is on two levels. Tenants have their privacy because we live upstairs and our living rooms and terrace face the opposite side of the rented part. The tenants' entrance is independent, and opens onto the side of the pool deck. Other things to note We don't provide breakfast, but you'll have everything you need to cook and store your food. All basic products are provided (salt, pepper, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid, etc.), as well as kitchen linen (dish towels...), towels (towels, bathrobes), and the beds will be made upon your arrival.
