During ACL and F1 only*: - Accommodations for up to 3 RVs - Catered meals for up to 10 people* Bedroom & Bathroom Breakdown: ✩ Bedroom 1 - Located upstairs, featuring a King bed and en-suite master bathroom (sleeps two) ✩ Bedroom 2 - Located upstairs, with one King bed, one Queen bed, and an en-suite master bathroom (sleeps four) ✩ Bedroom 3 - Located downstairs, equipped with two sets of Twin bunk beds (sleeps four) ✩ The one-half bathroom is located upstairs, and one is downstairs in the villa ✩ Another full bathroom is situated in the pool house. *Please note that the RV accommodations and catered meals during ACL and F1 are available exclusively for those events. Guest access There is secure, gated parking provided for up to two vehicles. Additionally, the driveway can accommodate up to five more vehicles. If you require additional parking, we would be delighted to assist you in making the necessary arrangements. Other things to note Please be aware that the main house on the property is occupied by the owners. We are also willing to consider hosting events. However, please DO NOT make a booking for an event without obtaining our consent first. Hosting events requires an additional fee, completion of waivers, and other necessary paperwork.
