Living area has new table that can seat 8 very comfortably and 10 semi comfortably. There are brand new kitchen cabinets, all new granite, kitchen faucet, ceiling lights, Keurig, coffee maker, blender, and pots and pans. Living area has brand new recliner, and queen sleep sofa. Living area has direct access to wrap around balcony w/gorgeous ocean views and of the resort pools and lazy rivers. Guests can also enjoy the larger 2nd bath also with a new double bowl vanity. There is new flooring throughout the condo. All new dishes and pots and pans are also provided. The resort offers 2 lazy rivers, 5-6 pools, hot tubs, a firepit and onsite restaurant, and seasonal outdoor bar area. Both the living area and the MBR have 55" smart TVs and a 42" smart TV in the larger guest bedroom and a tv in the 3rd bedroom. The living area also has an electric fireplace. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo to themselves. Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking or vaping either inside the unit or on the balcony. Guests will be charged a minimum of $250 if there is a smell of smoke in the unit or if they are reported to be smoking on the balcony.
