This tastefully decorated home is located close to the State Park, local restaurants and shops, and easy access to the bicycle path. The uncrowded beach gives it a peaceful vibe and is perfect for a relaxing getaway! Watch the beautiful sunrises and sunsets while you sip your coffee or wine from the deck, master balcony, living room or even from your king bed! Guest access We use a smart lock for easy self check in - the door code will be provided for you on the day of check in. The homeowners are not liable for any trips, falls, or related injuries that may occur on the premises. It is the responsibility of the occupants and visitors to exercise caution while navigating the stairs and different levels of the townhouse. CHECK IN @ 4pm CHECK OUT @ 10am ▪️BOOKING REQUIREMENTS: Minimum age to book is 25 years old. Due to insurance and local association guidelines, the primary renter must be at least 25 y/o. If you book under false pretenses, you will be asked to leave with no refund. A government approved ID submission will be required to ensure that it matches the person placing the booking and that the age requirement is met. There will be a rental agreement emailed to you after booking. Failure to sign the rental agreement within 48 hours will result in cancellation of the booking. There is also a security deposit required to book our beach house - the security deposit hold occurs before the booking date and then released 7 days later. ▪️REFUNDS: Unfortunately we do not offer refunds for weather, weather related changes, or natural disasters. For trip protection, we highly recommend purchasing a reasonably priced travel protection plan. You can purchase through this website that offers many different insurance providers: Squaremouth Travel provider: Trawick International Product: Safe Travels Choose the option covering TRIP CANCELLATION & INTERRUPTION You can also purchase through OWNER RESERVATIONS which will be offered when signing the rental agreement. ▪️WEATHER CONDITIONS: Sign up for Franklin County, FL weather conditions alerts: - text the word “FRANKLINFL” to 888777 to anonymously sign up for Emergency Notifications ▪️LOST ITEMS: We are not responsible for any items that are left behind inside the house so please do a walk through of the house before you leave. ▪️CAMERA and ALARM SYSTEM DISCLOSURE: There is a live camera at the front door & back sliding door as well as an active alarm system for the property and guests’ protection. The alarm system is only set to ON in between guest stays. Tampering with these equipment are not allowed and will result in $ penalty. ▪️QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 8am ▪️We have a strict check out time of 10 am. The housekeepers will need to access the beach house at that time to prepare for the next guests and maintain our standards of cleanliness. A late check out fee of $100/hr may be charged if the housekeepers are made to wait to get into the house. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting their busy schedules. ** ▪️EXTERMINATOR: Saint George Island, Florida has a tropical climate prone to bugs and wildlife. Sea Dreams Beachfront receives regular pest control service. Although we do regular pest control to minimize unwanted critters from getting into the house, please keep in mind that we are a tropical island and can’t control nature. If you feel the need for additional service while staying at the beach house please contact us right away.
