Convenient and cozy, located in an ideal location (near Dimond & Arctic), close to trails, shopping & restaurants, an 8 minute drive to the airport and 15 to downtown. Features include laundry & full kitchen, Smart TV's in bedrooms and living room, and super fast WiFi. You'll enjoy our lovingly curated space as your home base for all that Anchorage and Alaska has to offer! The space To ensure that our property will be suitable for your trip, we like to get these important considerations for any guests considering booking our property out of the way first: - This is a VERY quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM are strictly enforced. - No smoking of any type is permitted on our property, inside or outside. - No pets or animals are permitted. - Occupancy is strictly limited to guests on the reservation. The upstairs unit in a townhome style duplex, the space is about 1250 square feet, the bedrooms are large and airy, and the open concept living area is welcoming, warm, and bright. This unit is located in a fantastic area our guests love, with quick access to amenities like shopping, dining, coffee shops, the airport, hiking trails, and lots of other fun Anchorage landmarks. Arctic and Dimond are the nearest major cross streets. This upstairs duplex unit (about ten exterior steps up) offers 2 bedrooms and a bonus room - first bedroom is a King Suite with attached full bathroom, and the second bedroom has 2 XL Twins, plus one Twin bed in the bonus room/loft and one portable rollaway Twin bed. 6 can sleep comfortably in the existing beds. We can offer air mattresses with linens for up to 2 more guests if desired. There is a charge of $10 per night for each guest over 4 guests. All of the bedrooms feature room-darkening window coverings. You'll find three Smart TV's, (guests may use their own login information to utilize the streaming service of their choice), high speed unlimited WiFi and a large desk. The living room has a leather sofa, comfy chairs, and chic modern farmhouse style. The space also features a large yard and plenty of parking.
