Come relax by the lake! Peaceful, rejuvenating, and lots of fun on one of the cleanest lakes in CT. No gas engines allowed on the water, which ensures a peaceful stay. The beach is just 30 seconds away. Enjoy water views from the front yard and chill out in the evening at the fire pit. The owner lives just down the road and you're invited to use his kayak and canoe. The cottage is newly renovated, with a completely updated bathroom. Lots of windows and great light. Come enjoy! Guests can use the entire house. Both bedrooms are nicely sized making the space very comfortable for individuals, couples, and families. The house provides everything you need for your stay, including a variety of board games and books. There's also complimentary coffee, tea, snacks and beverages. Walk or bike around the lake after your morning coffee and then enjoy the rest of the day swimming, fishing or sunbathing. The lake is stocked with fish every year and the lack of gas engines allows for great fishing from the shore or boat. This is one of the cleanest lakes in CT and great for swimming. Cook on the gas grill and enjoy sitting in the Adirondack chairs around the fire pit in the evening. Off street parking available for 3 cars. Guest can use the entire property and will also have access to three private beaches and the lake. The beaches are private and you will receive beach passes to access them. You can also use a kayak and canoe launched from the homeowner's property just down the road. This is a very quiet neighborhood so please be mindful of noise during your stay. Guest must also abide by the Lake Association rules detailed in the "Policy and Rules" section. I live right down the road and guests are invited to launch kayaks and canoes from my property.
