This beautiful basement suite features a furnished kitchen, living room, study and bathroom and is located minutes from the Powell/Emory Road exit. The space This 1,000 sq foot guest apartment is located on the side of the house with its own private entrance and driveway parking. We've created an updated, stylish basement suite featuring it's own furnished kitchen, living room, study & bathroom. The bedroom has a queen bed and the study/living room has a twin daybed in addition to the couch. The guest apartment also has a queen air mattress, a washer/dryer and a covered outdoor patio with seating and green space. Things to Note: *We do have golden retrievers and doodles that live in the main house for those with such allergies. *The guest suite does not have a separate thermostat. Central Heat and AC is maintained at 69-72, however it may feel a bit cooler at times as it is a basement apartment. *The suite has been designed with sound proofing in mind, however, as a basement suite, you will hear footsteps and occasionally noises as in any apartment.
