The Lake House Yarrawonga

This absolute waterfront property is perfect for families as the lake is fenced off from the house with a glass pool fence. Located in walking distance to Yarrawonga's busy main st, The Lake House couldn't be more central & is in a much sought after spot! It has a private jetty on the foreshore for you to tie up your boat & is in a protected area of the lake in between the bridge & the weir. It boasts a waterside alfresco area with BBQ & dining large dining table & plenty of off street parking! Other things to note - Guests are asked to keep within the house boundaries on the lake side.. The Jetty’s located in front of other properties are owned privately by our neighbours. Please also respect our neighbours by keeping the noise level to a minimum. Jet skis are not permitted in the section of the lake that the house is located on. They are however permitted on the Eastern side of the Yarrawonga/ Mulwala Bridge.
