Ranking: 4* Contemporary and recent house in the typical village of Kerniscob, it is located 600 m walk from the wild coast and close to customs trails and bike paths. It will welcome you with comfort and calm in the exceptional environment of the Quiberon peninsula. The village is very quiet and will make you enjoy an atmosphere conducive to a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The space The house is fully equipped (kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, induction stove, oven with temperature probe, microwave oven, etc.). You will also find very complete equipment for cooking like at home (food processor, mixer, juicer, toaster, raclette set, etc.). Our guests will also be able to enjoy excellent bedding. Linens and towels are not included in the rental price. We offer this service at €40 per room. It has a beautiful 35 m2 terrace located facing west, equipped with an electric awning, two garden lounges, a parasol, deck chairs and a barbecue. The house is very well insulated (energy class A) and stays cool in case of intense heat. You will also benefit from a small terrace to the east that will allow you to have breakfast in the morning sun. An outdoor shower is available at the rear of the house as well as a washing tub for when you return from the beach. On request we can also provide you with free baby equipment (baby bed, high chair, walker). We provide board games, books and magazines in French and English and beach games for adults and children. Upstairs you will find a beautiful mezzanine with a small sea view. Two bedrooms also have this view of the wild coast. A washing machine is also available free of charge. The village is very quiet and will allow you to enjoy an atmosphere conducive to a pleasant and relaxing vacation, away from the hustle and bustle of the peninsula in high season. We provide four bikes (one of which is being repaired) that will allow you to do small errands and avoid traffic The village is 10 minutes by bike from St Julien beach (bay side) and 4 km from Quiberon city center with its large beach. Depending on the position of the wind you can enjoy either bay. If you want to explore the small quiet beaches of Quiberon, you can rent bikes. Several rental companies are offering their services. You will find all the amenities around the rental to do your shopping and errands; as well as a full range of leisure activities around the sea or other areas: Amusement and animal parks, paintball, karting, golf, tennis, beach club, bike rental or even first flights... you will inevitably find your happiness! The Bay of Quiberon is also a fantastic playground for water sports: surfing, sailing, paddle boarding, fishing... Guest access You are 25 km from Auray (with the Etel river) and 40 km from Vannes and the magnificent Golf du Morbihan.
