The primary bedroom has a walk-in closet, two dressers, and a private double vanity sink with a large shower. Main bath is double vanity with tub shower. There is a half bath off the laundry room. 75" TV in the living room, 55" in the main bedroom, 50" in the second bedroom, 60" on the lower level with two queen sleeper sofas. The dining room will seat eight. Kitchen: two instant pots, mixer, crockpot, Vitamix, food processor, air fryer, mixing bowls, storage container and jars, hot water kettle, coffee maker, grinder and espresso maker, linens, electric skillet, and much more. It's your home away from home. Some spices are left from other renters. The kitchen, dining, and living room are an open floor plan and combined space. All can be together while gathering for meals, movies, or board games. Some games are provided in the downstairs closet. Summer months (May-September) Patio with seating, deck seating with patio table, and a treadmill to use at your own risk. Large fire pit with wood and fire starters provided. Full size yard Jenga and corn hole are provided for those friendly competitions. We no longer allow access to the hot tub due to costly repairs damages. Wineries- we have a couple less than a mile from us along with a distillery. The warehouse district is ~5 miles and downtown is ~8 miles.
