3 bedroom 1 bath log cabin style house with hardwood throughout on quiet private setting minutes from the City of Middletown. Close to numerous attractions including Legoland and local wineries. Popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone machines w/supplies for 8 included in rental. The space This cabin is located on the same property with Ring Homestead Adventure Camp. Ropes course activities & zip cable adventures, paintball, snow tubing can be added for discounted fee. Play with your kids or watch them play from the comfort of your beautiful deck. You have access to a private front yard and private fire pit. The back door/back entrance is not accessible as it is part of the lower level entry apartment downstairs. The cabin has no shared spaces. It is a 2 family house. You rent the upper floor, which has separate entrance, separate porch, separate yard. We allow pets for a $75 fee for the first pet and $50 for each additional. (Must have proof of current rabies vaccine- limitations based upon breed apply- check with us if breed is on the approved pets list. Early check in/ late check out can be added for an extra fee. based on availability and extra fee. Reservations splitting the weekend (i.e. booking only Fri or only Sat night) especially those of a holiday weekend will be subject to an additional fee and will be calculated upon booking. All major holidays have a 2 night minimum. Parking included for one vehicle. Additional spots available for a small fee. Shared community Pool available during summer season hot-tub/sauna available year round $49/2hr private session. Based upon availability by appt only. Popcorn, slush, and snow cone machines w/supplies for 8 included in rental. Guest access Parking for first car free. Add’l cars are $15 per night per vehicle. Other things to note Pets allowed at additional fee of $75 for first pet, $50 each additional pet, restrictions based upon breed may apply. Must provide proof of current rabies vaccine.
