Big spacious, beautiful two-story home in a quiet setting. Modern kitchen refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots and pans, flatware, and silverware. (All TVs streaming only) Living Room: 55in TV, Family Room: Big and spacious with two 65-in TVs and a bar (you stock). Electric Fireplace Dining/Sitting room: Dining tables with 6 chairs. Central air/heat with 2 zone controls for up & downstairs. WiFi internet is available throughout all rooms and common areas. Other things to note Any Stay over two weeks (14) days the host will do a walk-through to inspect for any damages. NO SMOKING This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING property. No smoking/vaping of tobacco or any other substance is allowed on the premises. Booker agrees to pay a $1000 fee if there is any evidence or smell of smoking after the guest’s stay. The Guest understands this fee will be charged to the credit card on file. GUEST ALSO AGREES THAT YOU CAN NOT TAKE A PICTURE OF “SMOKE SMELL” The property owners are the final word on this, and the guest waives the right to mitigate this fee through any third-party platform mediation. There are a few worse things that you can do than stink up the house with smoke as it ruins the next guest's experience.
