The space Located in a fully renovated circa 1880’s building, this guest suite has quality and modern finishes throughout while retaining historic charm. Entire second floor unit with fully furnished living room, bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen with full sized refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster and a single cup coffee maker. Private Guest Suite with following amenities: -living room with cable TV and queen size sofa bed -bedroom with queen size bed -spacious kitchen equipped with full sized refrigerator, microwave, sink, kuerig coffee maker and bar -free wireless internet throughout Guest access Physical key is accessed by an electronic lock box located adjacent to the front door. Key is deposited through the mail slot to the left of the front door upon check out. $200.00 re-key charge applied if key is not returned. On-street parking in front of the apartment is available. Unlimited parking on weekends and a two-hour limit between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Free, dedicated parking in the Sullivan Parking Garage next door available on request.
