Good sized full house but offering just one bedroom to discerning ADULTS 2 Max. Not suitable for children. We offer 2 full bathrooms, Dining, Living, Kitchen, oven by table, and parking. Vintage/industrial theme throughout & including a faux beer garden. A sofa bed is available in living area if two people want to sleep separately but £10 charge for linen. 15-20 minutes walk to centre of town boasting cinema, theatre, museums, daily markets and river pubs . Leisure centre 10 mins. The space Beautifully created space with lots of artistic, indeed quirky touches. This is not your average holiday let, this is our winter home. It needs lovely guests who will love and take care of it. We have carefully chosen vintage pieces to use as everyday furniture but have interjected a copper industrial theme. There is a walk in shower downstairs in the main tiled bathroom with a window onto the garden plus of course the very handy ensuite toilet/shower room for night calls etc. . There are two steps down to the ensuite so please use the hand rail provided. If in anyway physically challenged this might not be suitable for you. Masses of room indoors with retro Smeg fridge and ovens in dining area convenient for serving straight to the table. In the kitchen/utility room there is a separate freezer, dishwasher and washing machine . You will also find a two ring ceramic plug in hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and airfryer. There are two parking spaces in front of the house and a good sized garden at the back so you can move around to catch the sun if you wish. Faux beer garden for fun, comfy seating area for comfort, and big sun umbrella over the picnic table. Walk in wonder towards the "Secret Garden" at back fence or share the pleasure of our Beatrice Potter garden trug with Peter Rabbit. The holly bush is a real life aviary bursting with bird song. Enjoy! PLEASE NOTE ALL OWNER'S PERSONAL ITEMS HAVE BEEN REMOVED. Guest access Access to the property is by keys in Masterlock in front porch. There are free Parking spaces in front of house in our parking area. Driving to town may mean parking charges but there are some free spaces and Asda is free for 2 hours. It's only a 15-20 minute walk to town centre so just the right distance to enjoy a shopping foray or to work off a late night meal. PLEASE NOTE THERE CAN BE NO ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING AT THIS PROPERTY. Other things to note PLEASE BE ADVISED WE ARE NOT IN THE CENTRAL SHOPPING AREA. WE ARE 15-20 MINUTES WALK FROM CENTRE AND WOULD LIKE YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH THIS BEORE YOU BOOK SO THAT IT DOES NOT IMPACT NEGATIVELY LATER IN YOUR REVIEW. Thanks!
