The main level is home to the open kitchen, living, and dining, which takes full advantage of the amazing views of the Atlantic Ocean. Floor to ceiling doors open out onto a spacious deck with room to dine and lounge as well. There is also a king bedroom, full bath and half bath on this floor. The primary suite along with two additional bedrooms and bath are upstairs on the third level. Each of those three bedrooms feature a king bed. The master suite opens onto another spacious deck overlooking the beach and ocean, offering the perfect spot to enjoy beautiful sunrises. The lower level has a second living area that opens out onto the patio and covered heated pool. Perfect for rainy days. This floor also has two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed & the other featuring two bunk beds. Hideaway Cottage is the perfect name for this amazing beach home, it’s a relaxation retreat, and the perfect place escape from reality. Located directly on the beach, on one of the only stretches of beach that isn’t tidal, you can enjoy walks on the beach as often as you like. Pool can be heated for an additional $50 per day. This is Not a Pet Friendly Property. St. Simons Island Beach Rentals, Inc has a Minimum Age Requirement: You must be 25 years of age to rent a home with our company. There is a fireplace in the home, but is not listed in the amenities and not operational. We require that 50% of the rental fees shall be paid upon booking your reservation and the remainder of the rental fee will be automatically charged to the credit card on file ~ 30 days prior to arrival. Any additional services or fees will be charged accordingly to the card used to book your reservation or to a substitute card as provided. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival will be paid in full at time of booking. All cancellations that are more than 30 days prior to arrival are entitled to a full refund of monies paid. All cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be subject to forfeiture of all paid monies.
