The space Welcome to our spacious 1,165 sq ft home, designed with an open living room and kitchen layout perfect for spending quality time together. Bathed in bright, natural light, the cottage invites you to unwind. Curl up with a book in the cozy reading nook, or gather for a game night with our collection of board games and puzzles. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 8): • Rest easy after a day of adventure. All bedrooms include blackout shades and portable fans for your comfort. • Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with a seasonal window AC unit. • Bedroom 2: Queen Bed. • Bedroom 3: Full-sized Bunk Beds. Kitchen & Dining: • Our well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. • Appliances: Large refrigerator, air fryer, Ninja drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, microwave, toaster, and blender. • Complimentary: We provide coffee, tea, olive oil, and a selection of spices. Guest access Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 1,165 sq ft home and surrounding property, including the expansive front deck and lakeside area. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay. Self-check-in is available 24/7 via a secure door keypad for your convenience. Other things to note Community: Share your memories with us! at Cottages of Maine Driftwood Cottage. Parking: Ample parking for 5 vehicles plus additional parking is available at the lake access. There is parking big enough for a boat trailer right across from the lake access. Firewood Not Provided - Guests will need to bring or purchase firewood locally for the outdoor fire pit. We recommend Mane Wood, a trusted local provider nearby. Safety: Your safety is our priority. The property is equipped with smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, and a fire extinguisher. Pet Policy: We love hosting your furry family members! A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 is required. This fee covers all dogs for the duration of your stay. Inclement Weather: We are in a beautiful, natural lakeside setting. Power outages can occur during storms. In winter, the driveway is professionally plowed, and shovels are provided for your convenience. We cannot predict or control weather, so we don't offer refunds due to inclement weather. Please keep this in mind when booking, and if this is a concern we recommend purchasing travel insurance (AirBNB provides this while checking out!).
