Welcome to TOP FLORIDA's Villa Blue Lagoon, nestled in the sought-after "Four Mile Cove" enclave. This Villa features 2 Master Suites with a king bed each, en-suite bathroom and walkout to the Lanai. The guest bedroom features queen size bunk beds. We hope you like calming views over wide canals, because you will find them in abundance in this peninsula setting where the indoors seemingly blend into the outdoors. Gulf-access waterfront! Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Other things to note This house is dog friendly, sorry no cats. There is a $200 pet fee and a pet addendum to sign. This villa features Samsung and Roku TV services. Guests have an electric allowance of $50/week or $150/month and only pay what they use more. We encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance!
