Bennett Farm House, Eugene/UO

The Bennett Farm House is a three bedroom, two bathroom home with fenced yard near the river and bike paths. If you like Duck Games, or have a loved one attending college, we are just six miles from the University of Oregon. We have Roku TV and fast wifi for streaming, and working from home. We welcome pets and children. We are one hour to the coast and one hour to the mountains! We are surrounded by lots of nature. The space There is a full kitchen with all of your needs. We welcome children and we love animals and advocate that all guests clean up after their pets so that all visitors may enjoy the grounds. The home is decorated with granite counter tops and maple wood cabinetry. The appliances are brushed nickle with a gas stove and oven. The floors are a laminate hardwood color decor. This 1200 square foot space embraces three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All amenities are placed so that our guests step into a home that meets all of their practical needs. Guest access Guests will have self entry through or coded door system. Code is provided upon check-in. Guests will have access to the entire three bedroom home with shared access to the backyard. The Garage is not accessible to guests. Other things to note Winter time we have the luxury of gas heat. Set past 70 degrees the home gets very warm. Please turn thermostats to 60 degrees at time of check out. Please use caution when stepping off of the deck as it does not have steps or a rail to the left. We are refurbishing two school buses into tiny houses that sit on the west side of the property and we are placing the final touches on our new addition.
