Guest access Entire cabin is yours. Other things to note ****We cannot grant access to the cabin until the rental agreement is signed with the Good Neighbor Brochure - please note no code will be sent earlier than 4pm and only with the signed agreement per the City of Big Bear Lake**** Parking: The City of Big Bear Lake limits Parking to a maximum of 2 vehicles for the house. No Street Parking is allowed in any residential neighborhood. 5 Person occupancy All trash must be taken off-site per Big Bear Lake rules that will be emailed to you or it is $25 per bag left behind. All occupants must be disclosed as Big Bear Lake is strict on occupancy and vehicles you cannot exceed either or it is subject to immediate eviction without refund and $200 per person over occupancy. No music per Big Bear is allowed on the property line per our permit and City rules. 2 parking spots available. Village distance: 8 minutes away from the home. Slope distances: Snow Summit is 10 minutes away from the home. Bear Mountain Ski Resort is 14 minutes away from the home. We have high chairs and pack n plays available at our office for rent for a fee of $25 per day for each or as a packaged deal, please notify us in advance if you would like to rent these during your stay. To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out. If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag. Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.
