The space The house is composed of : Bedroom 1: 22m² master suite with bed 160cmx200cm. Bedroom 2: 1 double bed Bedroom 3: 1 double bed 160x200 Bedroom 4: 1 double bed + 2 single beds on the mezzanine. 3 of the 4 bedrooms open onto the outside. Equipped kitchen open on the living room. The whole is 34m². A Very Pleasant Terrace at the front of the house, ideal for a breakfast in the morning sun. A large terrace at the back of the house to enjoy the garden and the pool, and which overlooks a green area with the access path to the beach. A pool of 7.5mx4m will be ready to use for 2024 summer which will be on the rear terrace.
