If you choose to leave the California King Bed, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and breakfast goodies, a living room with a stunning 4K HD Samsung Curved Flatscreen TV, 4K Direct TV, high speed internet/wifi and so much more! There are 2 additional bedrooms, each with a large closet, dresser, night table and queen size bed. Hangars are provided in all closets. You also have a large garage connected through the laundry room directly to the house. A remote opener is provided for your convenience. Other things to note This home is very quiet, in a very quiet neighborhood. If you have trouble sleeping or relaxing in quiet, you may want to choose another place... Also, please note that for security purposes, we have a motion activated spotlight and camera over the front driveway/garage, and also the same over the back door to the deck. These cameras record HD Color High Resolution video and audio. It is stored for 30 days, and then erased.
