A little piece of NW paradise, but just minutes away from the big city and abundant amenities. The space This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath midcentury modern home sits a sandy, low bank beach facing the Olympic Mountains. There are views from both levels, a bonus room, as well as a small office. Floor to ceiling windows bring in stunning views of the water and mountains. Hardwood floors on both levels. Big upstairs master bedroom with cozy king size bed, sleeping/reading nook, bonus room for exercise or overflow, bathroom, office, private balcony overlooking the water and mountains. Three additional bedrooms on main floor: The first offers a separate entry, comfy queen bed, sleeping nook, tons of closet space; the second has a comfy queen bed, and the third with a twin sofa bed . Bedrooms 2 & 3 separate with a wooden divider wall, or can remain open for visiting. Guest access The entire 2,400 square foot home and sandy beachfront is yours to enjoy. Parking for three vehicles. Other things to note As a private residence in an established neighborhood, please be considerate of the neighbors' property and privacy. Beach bonfires fine (unless there is a burn ban in force). Please douse embers when done. No loud activity past 10pm please. Numerous kayaks and paddleboards, along with paddles and personal flotation devices are available for your use upon request. A great way to explore the area! We are on a shared private well, so do your part to conserve water. We are on a private septic system, so nothing toxic can go down the drain, and no solids down the kitchen drain. Don't flush wipes, paper towels or sanitary products down the toilets.
