Access & Layout: Access to the building is via a locked communal entrance from the street. The apartment door is located up one flight of stairs within the building. Once inside the apartment, everything is laid out on one level, with no internal stairs. The apartment comprises a living room with dining area, separate kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Living Room & Dining Area – Bright & Inviting: The living room is a modern, stylish space and the heart of the apartment. A beautiful bay window fills the room with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that’s a pleasure to relax in. There is comfortable seating, a Smart TV with Sky package and Netflix, and fast Wi-Fi so you can unwind with your favourite films and series. A dedicated desk is also provided, making the space well suited for remote working or business stays. The dining area sits within the living room and comfortably seats two guests. Kitchen – Fully Equipped & Modern: The kitchen is modern, well laid out and spotlessly clean, with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.
