The space Guests have use of their own 3 bedroom house and a large grassy backyard, that back onto a reserve. All bedrooms can either have 2 x single beds or one king size bed. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property, There is a self contained studio on site which the owner uses occasionally, but tries to limit use when guests are inhouse. Other things to note Kianinny Bay is a short 7min stroll or 1 minute drive from the back of the house. A fabulous spot for a swim or a picnic. Access to the famous Tathra mountain bike trails close to home. Gorgeous coastal walk that link into the Tathra Wharf to Merimbula Wharf walk.
