The space Enchanting restored apartment with only 6 units total located in the heart of Avondale. Our space has a front and back private entrance . The neighbors are quiet and peaceful. There is private parking for our guests and you also have the option to side street park. Our unit is 2 bedroom with a queen bed in master , full size in second bedroom, and a sofa bed in living room. There is a full kitchen with a separate living and dining room area. You will love the historic and cozy feel of the home along with the appealing design . No events or parties Quiet time after 10pm for respect of the neighbors. If early check in or late check out needed that MUST be approved and discussed first . Each hour needed is an additional $50 fee and max is 2 hours which is $100 total if approved. Exceptions are based on cleaning crew eligiblity. We have 10 units and they are on a tight cleaning schedule so changes must be made in advance.
