The Scaldaferro residence is the ancient Venetian house of the Scaldaferro family, well-known pastry chefs of the Brenta Riviera since the 1800s: 4 independent rooms with private bathroom, well-equipped kitchen, living room, large parking lot and garden. Personalized check-in! The space The residence is located in a quiet and pleasant place. The main entrance is right in front of the Brenta River (this door can also be opened using a numerical combination). The property has 4 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, all located on the first floor. Each room is equipped with a king size bed (185 x 200), two of which also have a very comfortable double sofa bed; each room is equipped with a smart TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is private and equipped with a shower, bidet and toilet. In each stay we provide free shower gel, sheets and towels. The house is equipped with free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, refrigerator and freezer and has all the cutlery for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Availability of sugar, coffee, salt, and oil. Free private parking. In the living room, for common use, there are information leaflets about the area. Bicycles are available for a fee and by reservation. There is the possibility for guests to take advantage of a special agreement with a local guide who speaks English and French for personalized 1/2-day excursions, even for a few people, or full-day excursions. Guest access Please note that check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.: Check-in is done personally and with prior agreement on the arrival time, the person in charge of the same will keep in touch with you to help you at any time or need. However, we inform you that if there is a need, from 10:00 a.m. onwards we can still welcome you, always by agreement, to leave your luggage in storage, without any additional cost, but the rooms cannot be used until 2:00 p.m., due to the time necessary to clean it (however, if you notify us in advance, we will do our best to have the accommodation ready as soon as possible). IMPORTANT: After 8:30 p.m. there will be a surcharge of 20 euros. If you want to avoid this surcharge, you can check in independently, bearing in mind that the next morning the manager of the property will come to inform you about the equipment and house rules and everything that concerns and is of interest for your stay. In the event that we are unable to receive you or if we do not have information in time to arrange check-in, you can use the self check-in mode. Upon arrival, guests must provide a valid form of identification. It is not allowed to bring into the house people whose identification document has not been registered or without the consent of the owner. In the common room there are information leaflets on the areas to visit. Other things to note The host is available to make your stay more pleasant and to recommend the local gastronomic attractions. Having an important ice cream parlor in the area awarded by the international magazine "Il Gambero Rosso", the host can organize for guests a small tasting tour of different types of ice cream of the time, as well as different culinary options in the area, highly recognized locally and internationally. IMPORTANT: - Upon arrival, guests must provide a valid form of identification. - No smoking in the house, no pets allowed, no parties/events allowed - Check-in time: 2:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. - Check-out by 10:00 a.m. - Self check-in with numeric password - Guests may not bring other people into the house - Prices are to be considered per person, therefore in relation to the number of guests present, the rooms will be given.
