Private getaway in a beautiful neighborhood

Welcome to your private studio with a separate entrance. It’s a basement studio that’s newly build with all the amenities. Kitchenette with sink, mini fridge, microwave and an air fryer. Bathroom, a king size bed central heating an air conditioner. There is a fire pit outside of the studio with a Hammock. If you want to roast marshmallows or enjoy your cup of wine with beautiful scenery and if you’re lucky you can be accompany by the stars at night when the weather is nice here in the Northwest Guest access Back yard, neighbor park, fire pit with wood stack on the side. Other things to note 1). The studio is an attachment behind the house, so their will be stairs to walk down to the studio, so please make sure you can walk to the property. 2). The bathroom door in the studio doesn’t closed all the way. So make sure the person you are going to be staying with is someone you don’t mine sharing. 3). There is a designated parking space in the driveway near the gate so you can easily access your vehicle while loading and unload your things. 4). Their is no hidden fees to my rental so please don’t buoy your stay ☺️
