There’s a few laundromat in the surrounding area. We don’t have a parking slot for our guests, so you need to park your vehicle right outside the building or in the surrounding areas. Water and electricity usage are included in the rent but a certain level of usage so please CONSERVE ENERGY. Please turn off water, lighting and air-condition unit when not in use. Mother Nature thanks you too. Please do not throw anything in the toilet. The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. Internet connection in the Philippines is one of the slowest in the world and its very frustrating at times. Wifi is usually faster in the morning or late at nights. We try as best as possible to make your stay enjoyable however one thing we can't promise is a place to leave your luggages before and after check in times. The reception itself will not have a place to store your bags so please these into your plans.
