Just a short walk to the ski lift and the main Plaza with resort access. The space This updated and well-maintained ground-level studio condo includes a full kitchen, cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace, private, off-ground balcony and full bath with an interior hallway that leads to the private entrance of the home. A pub-style dining table is also in the main room adjacent to the kitchen.  Bed Configuration: Studio Living Area - Queen Bed & Full Sleeper Sofa Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning.    This building has thin walls and the residents do strictly enforce the 10pm quite time - please be respectful of your neighbors when staying at Purgatory Townhomes. For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. A 30 minute drive to the south will take guests to historic downtown Durango, Colorado. This condominium is on the San Juan Scenic Skyway, which is an incredibly scenic driving loop that connects Durango, Mancos, Mesa Verde National Park, Telluride, Ouray, Silverton and Purgatory, as well as many fantastic trails for hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and other Rocky Mountain adventures. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
