Inside the house, you'll find every comfort, but you won't be able to miss out on a dinner under the stars on the terrace in the evening, or perhaps even waking up early to catch a sunrise on the horizon. The house is the ideal place for holidays or work, for SHORT or LONG STAY. The space An old storage rebuilt entirely of wood. Unusual and sophisticated materials and finishes such as cocciopesto, terracruda, and artisanal ceramics... >>> In the spaces in front of the farmhouse, once used as a feeding trough, the approximately 30 square meters obtained have been organized into two independent and, if necessary, communicating bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and an external kitchen area. The atmosphere is special, enveloping, and rich in details to capture and make your own: the wood, the raw earth plaster, the cocciopesto floors, and the handcrafted ceramics. The accommodation is completely independent and located directly beneath the terrace of the farmhouse. The master bedroom is not very large but romantically comfortable. The double bed has a comfortable memory foam mattress. The bedroom has a private entrance and a private bathroom with shower and bidet. The second room can be used like a little living area and can be separated by a sliding door if necessary; it also has a private entrance. a second bathroom, and a staircase leading to a small mezzanine with a double futon for one or two additional guests. In front of the two rooms, there is a comfortable bioclimatic area featuring a small kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator, mini-oven, and induction cooktop), a table and chairs, and a handy barbecue. The house can comfortably accommodate three people, but can also accommodate up to four if needed. The PATIO is completely private and surrounded by a garden for your exclusive use. OUTDOOR AREA equipped with a table, chairs, loungers, a hammock, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. This could be the ideal place for short or long stays. You can come if you need a break to enjoy your vacation or focus on work. We will try to provide any type of service you need. All our accommodations have underfloor heating via a biomass boiler, and we use primarily organic cotton for sheets and towels. These choices, along with others like not having air conditioning and our focus on energy savings and efficiency, are our small contribution to respecting the environment. However, the clean, light air that surrounds us and the helpful fans make even the hot summer days pleasant. Our guests also have FREE USE of Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a shared mini-pool (July and August ONLY). They are also welcome to explore the 25-hectare farm to pick seasonal fruit and vegetables or simply for a stroll. Additional rooms and spaces are available upon request, isolated and specifically equipped for offices, retreats, or meetings. We offer, by reservation and subject to availability, WINE TASTINGS, guided tours of the winery, breakfast, aperitifs, or dinner in the main building, which used to be the grape processing plant. Special care and cleaning is taken, with specific products provided for each guest change. Our guests are welcome in the 25 hectares property to discover the permaculture project of the farm and the eco-sustainable choices in the renovations of the buildings that in the previous century were one of the largest wineries in the area The scents and colors of the Mediterranean sea are the setting for relaxing moments, in the shade of the citrus grove, or discovering the first fruits of the season among the trees of the orchard or walking through the rows of trees in the vineyard. Other things to note - We are a big organic farm on the slope of Etna (the highest volcan in Europe) so if you are not used the streets could appear really steep, and not easy to drive, please take your time without panic and don’t forget, you are on holiday.
