Charming 5 bedroom Beach house Old Orchard Beach

Relax with the whole family on the beach and back at the house. Located in the quiet section of town, Ocean Park.. Less than 50 yards from the Beach. An extremely peaceful place to stay for you and your family. As of November 2025, this property now has a 5 / 6 person outdoor hot tub. It is available for use, year-round. The space This is a beautiful Victorian house that has an amazing history to it. In the 1800's this was a farm house situated on a farm with a full sea view and acres of grass in front. It has since been turned into a large 5 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom house with wrap around porches on both levels of the property with beautiful sea views. From here you can clearly see all of Old Orchard Beach, Ocean Park, Biddeford Pool, Pine Point, Scarborough Beach, & Cape Elizabeth. The house has 12 beds and sleeps up to 16 guests. There is plenty of living space on the 1st floor. With an open floor plan built around the kitchen / dining area. It offers a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and large flat screen tv. There is an additional living room space, like a sun room, fun for kids to play board games etc.... The first bedroom is conveniently located on the first floor. It has a queen size bed). It is extremely cozy and excellent for elderly guests who may not enjoy walking up staircases. The master bedroom is located on the 2nd floor. It has an ocean view! This bedroom comes with a Queen size bed and has an ensuite bathroom. Shower, no bath. Bedroom number 3 has a queen size bed and 1 set of bunk beds. The room sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. Bedroom 4 has 2 sets of bunk beds. It therefore sleeps 4 guests. Bedroom 5 has a double bed and a twin bed, comfortably sleeping 3 guests. These 3 bedrooms share a large bathroom down the hall that has both a bathtub, shower and double sinks. At the top of the staircase is a super looking balcony with high chairs and a high table top. One has a nice view of the ocean from this location. There is a laundry area on the 1st floor, close to the rear entrance. Washer & dryer. We provide plenty of beach towels, bath towels & linens, Wifi and more.... The house does not offer cable TV. It does however come with Fire Sticks so you can log in to your Prime Amazon, Netflix & Hulu accounts. Our beach house property is less than 1 mile from the quaint downtown area filled with shopping, amusements, bars & restaurants. Our favourite restaurants include; Soda Fountain restaurant / ice cream parlor - great place for breakfast or lunch, (not a dinner location) 1/3 mile. Great walk!! Ocean Park Pizza - recently opened. Not a sit in place. Order ahead and bring it back to the house. Also 1/3 mile. Cafe 64 - 1 mile away. Offers great breakfast options, breakfast sandwiches, pasties, coffee etc... The Lobster Shack at Two Lights Cape Elizabeth - a must see location! The Bait Shed - 2 miles (awesome indoor & outdoor family restaurant) JJ's Eatery - next to the Pier, 1 mile - best breakfast place in town!!! Beach Bagels - 1 mile Awesome place, friendly staff. Good Tyme Cafe - 1.25 mile Cobblestone Cafe - 0.5 mile (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Ken's Place - 2 miles (fried seafood) Bayley's restaurant - 2 miles (fried seafood) Ice Cream locations - walk to the Soda Fountain, 0.5m. This is a great place to walk to in the late afternoon or early evening. They also serve breakfast & lunch. Great place for families!! Other things to note Airbnb currently limits the number of guests to 16 for all of their listings. There is a $50 guest surcharge per night above 10 guests.There is a strict noise ordinance in this part of town. I therefore ask all renters to come in from the outside patio area, back yard by 10pm. If the police are called out to the property due to excessive noise the renter forfeits their deposit and may be asked to leave my property immediately.
