NOT HEATED IN SUMMER MONTHS but with heat and sun, the temps is still in mid 80s low 90s. Usage is an additional $25 per night, and you can include these extra fees when you book. Usage is FOR GUESTS ONLY, NO GATHERINGS OR PARTIES. Please also observe backyard noise curfew of 11pm. SPA RULES: Shower before use, hair ties if long hair, and close spa cover when not in use. Nights in the yard come ALIVE with GORGEOUS lighting and accents! PETS ARE WELCOME, please include the pet fee of $60 per pet, per stay for bookings over 3 nights. Otherwise, the pet fee is $25 per pet per night (please include when booking). The property has a fully enclosed and secure yard. SMALL DOGS can run around the yard as long as you are in the yard and watching them. LARGE DOGS must BE ON LEASH so as to not destroy the outdoor bird aviary. Do you need lodging for additional guests in your group…? “The Gnome Home… A Place to Sleep” attic space… ideal for a youth, teenager, or an extra guest or 2, traveling with you! It is a cozy upstairs room just adjacent to the Glamping Inn and comes with an additional nightly rate of $35 per night and $25 cleaning fee. It is furnished with a Queen size bed, fresh new carpet, and lots of Gnomes and surrounding Fairies! It is also very nicely cooled and heated by a Mini Split system. Your guests using this space will access and share all the same outdoor amenities with you. If you want to book this additional space, please message me as the site won’t allow you to book them together. I have built a beautiful space here that is peaceful and serene and full of color and wonder. Other things to note Utah has a high desert climate and as such there are house ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going from fall to winter and winter to spring. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR SPACE and as a RESPONSIBLE HOST, I have a monthly pest control contract with Morgan Pest Control to service the room and entire outdoor space.
