Koh Samui has amazing scenery very lush and known as an Island of coconuts. A car or scooter is recommended to get around the Island. The Condo is up a hill which is easy to reach from the road. Close to Cheong Mon beach and town and Big Budda beach, Bangrak beach, beautiful Tong Song Bay beach ( a picture postcard beach ) There are many beaches to visit, Temples, local shops, Cafes, Restaurants and dining and a Fish and fruit vegetable market. 3 mins Cheong Mon Beach or 12 - 15 minute walk. 5 minutes to Big Budda. 10 minutes to Fishermans Village and Friday Night market. 10 minutes to Chaweng- busy tourist strip for restaurants, spas, clubs and bars. Many places to discover. Cheong Mon Beach and Town is 15 minutes walk / or 3 minutes in a car for a beautiful Bay, beach, restaurants, shops, massages. Wednesday evening is a small night market with some music dance and food and goods stalls. Friday is a larger Night Market ( walking street) in Fishermans Village. A boat trip is recommended such as sunset cruise or visit another Islands, or Khoh Phangnan for Full Moon Party. Chaweng is a lively area for a night out and Arc Bar on beach., Spa & massage. or Fishermans Village for a romantic dinner and spa massage. Coco Tams bar on Beach with Fire show dancers. included ; A transfer from the Airport is included with flight details. Return transfer can be organized in advance at the Bay office for B400 THB. Water is a very small charge & Electric is extra charge at B8 a unit at check out with meter readings from the deposit. Recommended - Set the Air conditioning at 24 or 25 for economy setting which is cool enough / or use fan. No smoking- only on the balcony if the sliding balcony doors are closed. Please respect the neighbours and keep music & noise lower after 10.30pm. Please respect and throw away rubbish daily especially food in the big bin outside by the car park and keep food wrapped and in fridge. Most of all enjoy your stay, the sunset swim, gym and the terrace.
