Adorable Cabin in the Heart of Shaver Lake. Large picture windows and vaulted ceilings bring the outside in. There are lovely front and back decks to relax and enjoy the Mountain atmosphere and forest views, This is your perfect getaway to enjoy skiing, hiking, biking, sledding, swimming, boating. Get together with family and friends and enjoy the best of what the mountains have to offer! Located 1 mile from the main town, 7 min drive from the lake and 30 Minutes from China Peak Ski Resort… The space Located about 1 mile from the dining destinations and shopping spots in Shaver Lake, just under 2 miles from the lakefront and 30 minutes from China Peak Ski and Resort, makes our cabin the perfect get away! Two story cabin, the main floor features living room, kitchen with a 2 full bedrooms, bathroom and laundry (washer and dryer in the cabin are perfect for wet ski clothes) on the first floor. Additional sleeping spaces in second bedroom upstairs as well as full bathroom and an additional murphy bed. (3rd bedroom located is a Garage conversion fully insulated with Heating) Enjoy a movie night next to the fireplace and/or get some fresh air and hang out on the deck with table and chairs in the summertime. We DO provide clean linens We DO provide clean bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. We DO provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap for each bathroom. We have trash service, no need to take home your trash. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. BBQ/Fire-pit on deck available for guests to use. If gas tank is empty you are responsible to refill it if you want to use it. Guest is responsible for cleaning grill after use. No smoking. We are private owners and not a management company, please be mindful and respectful of our place so we can continue to share it with others. No parties, No Events Allowed. This property does not have boat or trailer parking. You can call a third party service to reserve a boat slip and overnight parking should you like to bring your boat. There is no parking on the road during snowfall - please park in the driveway. The snow plows will not clear the road if cars are parked on it. The driveway can only accommodate 2-4 cars depending on how you park it. There is no room to park in the Garage. Guest access Entire house, garage and both front and back private decks.
