This 2 bedroom apartment is located just a stones throw away from Kings Beach, the beautiful salt water beach pool, parks, picnic areas , childrens playgrounds & a 5 minute walk to Caloundra CBD . The space Nestled one street back from the iconic Kings Beach is an older style unit block that is just a treat. Yes it's a walk up building with quite a few stairs, but trust me it's worth it once you are there, but if fitness isn't your thing then please be aware. The views are amazing with its beautiful sea breeze, it's a great place for a holiday with total ease. We have everything sorted, you don't need to bring a thing, just your swimmers and towel, so you can sit back and soak it all in. There is no need for a car everything is so near, if it's coffee, restaurants or the beach that you like it's all right here. This apartment is located on the top level of a 4 story walk up (double) right in the heart of Kings Beach. We have tried to include all the little extras that we appreciate when we are on holidays that will make your stay more pleasurable, things like: Starter kit with coffee, suger and some milk Cooking supplies such as olive oil, salt, pepper. Dish washing liquid Dishwasher & dish washing tablets Good sized microwave and full sized fridge Washing machine & washing powder Smart TV with youtube and netflix compatability WIFI Iron and ironing board Board games and kids toys. Hair dryer Our cleaning fee covers all linen for each guest, as well as towels , soap, shampoo & conditioner. Being up so high the apartment is nice and breezy, keeping it cool in summer, as well as wall mounted fans in both bedrooms. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as a pool within the complex, and a single lock up garage. Other things to note This apartment is on the top level of an older style apartment building, typical of Kings Beach, so there are quite a number of stairs to tackle before you get to the apartment. The views are amazing once you get there however please note there is definately no wheelchair access.
