The space On the 3rd floor of the recent ATRIA residence – Crozats district – large 2 rooms of 50 m2. The accommodation is organized as follows: a comfortable entrance, a living room with equipped kitchen, sofa bed and access to a large terrace, a large bedroom with 3 beds, a bathroom with bathtub and large walk-in shower. Close to the landing stage. Close to ski lifts. Rented for 5 people with ski locker equipped with boot dryer. Southwest-facing, 10 m2 terrace, beautiful view of the mountains and the resort, close to the center of the resort. Extras: laundry in the building, ski store at the foot of the building for your rentals, sled available. For any additional services (towels, baby cot, etc.), contact us. Guest access All rooms are accessible. A cabinet in the bathroom and a cabinet in the living room are private and inaccessible to guests. The word "Private" is indicated on the cabinets concerned. Other things to note CHECK-IN / KEY: The key is to be collected from the Avoriaz Holidays concierge – La Centrale Locative (during opening hours) or from the station reception at the unloading docks (outside concierge hours). In winter, it is recommended to take a snowmobile or sled to get to the apartment. LUGGAGE STORAGE: We don't have a luggage storage service. Luggage storage is provided by Avoriaz station but only on Saturdays. Please check with the resort's reception. LINENS: Bed linen is provided but the beds are not made on arrival unless specifically requested, which will be subject to an additional charge. Bathroom linens are available for an extra charge and on request no later than 96 hours before check-in. DEPARTURE / KEY: Upon departure the key must be returned to the concierge (Avoriaz Holidays). Outside opening hours, the key must be deposited in the mailbox of the concierge (at the front door).
