The following is the layout of the home: The First Floor Great Room is open to the dining room and kitchen. It has 2 pull out queen sofas. Primary Bedroom 1 is on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom. There is a second bedroom as well on this level, with 1 king bed and 1 twin bed. You'll find another full bathroom here and laundry room as well. The walkout basement has a game room area with another 2 queen sofa beds. The 3rd bathroom here has an ensuite bathroom, 1 king bed and 2 twin beds. The fourth and final bedroom has 1 king and 2 twin beds. There is an additional full bathroom as well. It is here you'll find foosball, and an arcade with over 3,000 games! There are 4 private bedrooms: 1) 1st Floor Primary with king bed, 2 twins and bathroom suite 2) 1st Floor second bedroom with king and 1 twin bed 3) Basement bedroom #3 with a king bed, 3 twins and ensuite bathroom 4) Basement bedroom #4 with a king bed and 2 twins Guest access Keypad combination provided but caretaker can meet at home upon arrival. The pet fee is $100 per pet per stay to a max of 3 pets and $300. Allowing pets helps renters to not have to board their furry family members while away.
