Our spacious, modern home sleeps a max of 4 persons in comfort. We are located close to the islands largest supermarket. Local shops & restaurants in picturesque Elies Square at 5 minutes and the beautiful beaches of Kantouni, Linaria and Plati Gialos are a short 15 minute walk away. The villages of Melitsaxa, Myrties & Masouri with their abundance of bars and restaurants are at 3km and the vibrant island capital of Pothia at 5km. The world famous climbing sectors are all within easy reach. The space Our comfortable, detached home sleeps a maximum of 4 persons and affords panoramic views of the valley to Panormos and Kantouni beyond. The cross of the monastery of Stavros shines out at night from the mountain atop of which is our islands tiny airport. Behind the house is the magnificent vista of the mountains that Kalymnos is so famous for. The whole house is available for your use and you will quickly feel at home in our lovely, traditional community. We have a smart TV which shows international channels and the property has superfast Wi-Fi throughout. The comfortable outside veranda and balcony areas are lovely for relaxing, taking in the rays and al fresco dining. Your hosts will greet you and be available to offer you any assistance or advice you need to enhance your holiday experience. A welcome pack of essentials will also be waiting for you. Guest access Ground Floor The ground floor is spacious comprising the kitchen, dining and lounge area and a W.C. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need including 4 ring halogen hob, electric oven, kettle, toaster, microwave, slow cooker, air fryer, vegetable steamer, pans, crockery, cutlery, fridge, freezer, iron & board and a washing machine. Our 5 stage reverse osmosis water filtering system means there is no need to purchase or to carry your drinking water to the house. There is a dining table and chairs. The relaxing lounge area has a Smart TV including a full international TV package. A selection of board games is also available. Outside there is a covered veranda with a large dining table, comfortable seating and an open terrace with sunbeds. First Floor Stairs take you to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one of which has a king size bed and the other has 2 single beds. Doors lead on to a large balcony, comfortably furnished and with dining table & chairs and has fantastic views of the surrounding area. Toilet and shower. The house is equipped with large, effective ceiling fans and air-conditioning units are in all rooms for additional comfort if required. Mosquito blinds are fitted throughout the house. Other things to note As this is our home from home and to help us keep your rental costs as competitive as possible, we respectfully draw your attention to the following: Bedding and house towels are provided; however, there is no change during your stay.
