Our 1640 SqFt home is a perfect getaway with your family/friends to enjoy all Lake Tahoe offers. There is 3 bedrooms/2 bath/Garage with a full kitchen and an inviting main/family room with a wood stove. Fully equipped remodeled kitchen with modern appliances including toaster/pots&pans/rice-cooker/crock-pot/Keurig & Drip coffee makers. Guests are welcome to spices and condiments in the refrigerator. Essential amenities include clean bedding, fresh towels, hairdryers, bathroom & cleaning supplies, and more. You also have access to our washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom. Rooms/Beds – Our house can comfortably sleep 6, depending on your sleeping arrangements. Extra sheets, pillows, and comforters are available - 1st-floor Bedroom: 1 Queen bed - 1st-floor Kids Room: Bunk bed (Twin on top and Full on the bottom that can fold up into a couch) - Loft: 1 Full hide-a-bed couch - 2nd-floor Bedroom: 1 Queen and 1 Full futon bed - Extra portable beds: 1 Queen and 1 Full air mattress… located in the upstairs room closet Decks – The upper deck has seating and lounging chairs and is accessible from the loft. The main deck is fully equipped and available for your enjoyment. (Please Note: decks might not be usable during the winter months due to snow build-up) -Grill - Island gas grill is available. -Seating – Firepit table w/lounge chairs are available, and a picnic and grill island w/stools. 4 TVs (Cable TV – Spectrum App) - Roku Guest mode is on all the TVs, allowing you to install and use your streaming Apps. To watch our cable service, please add the "Spectrum" App. - The family room TV - Roku Guest Mode. - Upstairs Master Bedroom TV - Roku Guest Mode. - Kids room TV - Roku Guest Mode. - Garage TV - Roku Guest Mode. WiFi - High-speed Internet access is available, and an access password will be provided at check-in Office Desk w/ Desktop - Is available for your use, and you can log in as a Guest with no password. Board games – In the loft, a few board games are located in the ottoman. In the garage, a full-size dartboard. Other things to note In the winter months: - The cabin will be pre-heated. Our cleaning service will prep and turn on the heat 8 hours before you arrive. - If there is 3" or more snow, our plow service will clear the driveway and the path to the door before you arrive. If there is additional snow during your stay, they will come out between 6am – 9am. Sometimes, the path to the front door could be icy. If that is the case, for safety, we recommend using the garage entry most of the time. - If you plan to grill since the deck grill might not be accessible due to the snow build-up, there is a portable grill in the garage with 1lp & 5-gallon propane tanks. - If you plan on using the wood-burning stove/fireplace. Please bring wood or Duraflame logs. Other Details to Note To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and to comply with local city regulations, parties and events of any kind are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, any type of party or celebrations, or group gatherings beyond the number of total allowed occupancy (6) at anytime. Loud music, amplified sound, or excessive noise outdoors is not permitted at any time, day or night. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate intervention by the property manager, involvement of local authorities if required, and possible immediate termination of the reservation without refund, in accordance with Airbnb policies and local ordinances. • Age requirements Must be 25yrs old and anyone under the age of 25yrs old will need to be accompanied by a parent or adult. • Zero-Tolerance Policy: Any issue due to noise, parking, occupancy or any rule violations will result in termination of your stay with no refund issued.
