Located on a country cul-de-sac, this newly finished walk-out basement apartment is a great place for a get-a-way and is less than 15 minutes from 2 wineries. This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is full of light with big windows and full-height ceilings. Retreat onto the covered deck overlooking the beautiful ravine to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Get to east Bloomington in 15 min or to Nashville in less than 30 min! We allow up to two pets per stay, ask for details! THE SPACE There is one bedroom, with a queen bed, and one bathroom with a washer/dryer to do your laundry. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. It is fully functional with blender, drip & k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay. The living area has a smart TV for your viewing pleasure. You reach the door to the apartment by following the walkway from the parking pad to the lower deck. There is space to park 1 car on the raised parking pad, see picture, but there is also street parking available. To help accommodate those with allergies, my house is a smoke/vape-free environment.
