Smugglers Cottage is a Grade II listed property in historical Penryn. You're just a stones throw from Penryn harbour, and a short drive or train away to vibrant Falmouth. Inside, the interiors have been modernised but still retain an array of charming traditional features. The living room has a wooden sash window, a wood-burner for cooler nights and exposed beams, as well as a number of mod cons to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The space Board games and books are provided for you to use, and the Smart TV with apps means you certainly won't struggle to find something to watch. Next door, lovely stone walls lead into the kitchen where there are ample amenities to cook meals. Find a hob, oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine, as well as useful cooking basics. A back door leads from the kitchen out into the garden, a lovely spot to enjoy on a warm summer's day. With tables and chairs provided, it's the perfect place to sit back with your morning coffee. Please note that the garden is open to the neighbouring property, with no dividing boundary. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms that sleep 4 in total. The master bedroom features a comfortable double bed as well as storage space so you can unpack and make yourself at home. Next door is a bunk room, with two single beds ideal for children or teenagers. (Please be aware the bunk beds are low, and there is limited space on the lower bunk). These share a family bathroom located on the ground floor, with a shower. Additionally, there is a double sofa bed downstairs should guests not want to share rooms. The property is in close proximity to Penryn's local amenities and the beautiful South Coast and makes the perfect cottage for a relaxing getaway! Please be mindful the cottage is situated on a main road. Well behaved dogs welcome with an additional fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedrooms. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property and garden.
