FAQ: Are the HSB resort amenities included with the rental? Unfortunately, the resort amenities such as the tennis courts and yacht club are not included in the rental. Is there a pool? Yes, our newly renovated Waters Towers is now open for the Water Condominiums and they're guests. Where can I store my boat and trailer? The LBJ Marina is the preferred location for boat and trailer storage.
